Saying ‘Thank you’ to yourself is an appreciation of your existence….that you like yourself…value yourself, which in these days in society with all the fast demands and expectations places a upon us, can be a real struggle.
To say ‘thank you’, with a smile on your face and really, truely feel it in your heart…is where the joy and happiness that comes from within you. Thats when you have lots to share with others which is a fantastic experience!
Its good for your body…mind…and spirit

Thank you Ramona for your comments which always keeping me positive!yes it is easy to forget and gain weight and yes indeed it takes much more time to go back to shape!
I am in germany at the moment but have fitness centre in my hotel which makes everything much easier, so I am really on track at the moment. Your exercises are amazing, although I am doing them here every day I am not bored by them. Thank you! Ps The fact that EVEN YOU can gain weight sometimes make me…much more relax!
